Privacy Policy
Thank you for using AI LED Banner ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains the information practices for the iOS AI LED Banner mobile application (the "App") operated by HK PIXEL HARBOR INTERACTIVE LIMITED.
1. Information Practices
Summary: the App does not automatically send us device, usage, advertising, or diagnostic information. We do not create accounts, sell personal information, use advertising SDKs, or track you across apps or websites. The only information sent off your device by the App is sent when you actively use an online AI feature, as described below.
1.1 Content You Keep on Your Device
- Projects and imported media. Designs, LED/Neon banners, text, and media you create or import are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account in this version of the App.
- Support email. The App can open your device's email app with our support address. If you choose to send an email, we receive the address and message you choose to send. Email is not sent through the App itself.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- No automatic collection by the App. The App does not transmit device model, operating-system version, hardware identifiers, Apple ID, contacts, precise location, photos, audio, usage events, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or IP address as App data.
- No analytics or tracking. The App does not include Firebase, Crashlytics, an advertising SDK, Apple Ads/AdServices attribution, or App Tracking Transparency. It does not use IDFA or link information with third-party data for advertising or measurement.
1.3 Content Sent Only When You Choose an Online Feature
Most projects and imported media stay on your device. If you choose an AI generation feature, the App sends the prompt or requirement you enter, selected scene and asset-type settings, your selected app language, and a random app-scoped UUID solely to fulfill that request. The UUID is generated by a library and stored in the iOS Keychain; it is not derived from hardware, Apple ID, IDFA, or another app, and is not used for cross-app tracking. The current AI flow does not upload your local photos, audio files, or saved project files.
Our app services process these request inputs in real time to return text suggestions or to match items in our developer-provided catalogue and its classification tags. We do not retain AI prompts or requirements on our servers, in server-side prompt history, analytics, or application logs after the request is processed.
2. Permissions
The App requests device permissions only when you use the related feature, not at launch.

You can revoke or adjust any permission at any time in iOS Settings > AI LED Banner.
3. Local Storage
Your projects (Collection and History), imported media, preferences, cached materials, and AI task records are stored in the App's local sandbox on your device. AI task records can include the request summary you entered and the local result metadata, so the App can recover an interrupted task or local preview state. They are not a server-side prompt history and are not uploaded except for the active AI request described above. We do not maintain cloud backups of this local content. Removing the App removes its sandbox content; the iOS Keychain may retain the random app-scoped UUID while iOS retains that Keychain item.
4. Service Providers and Recipients

We do not sell personal information or use the data above for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
5. Analytics and Diagnostics
The App does not send behavior-event analytics for actions such as opening an editor, selecting a template, using a light tool, or exporting a design. It does not include Firebase or Crashlytics SDKs, and does not use Apple Ads or AdServices attribution. We do not use IDFA or request App Tracking Transparency permission. The App does not transmit its on-device debug logs to our services.
6. AI Features
When you use AI generation features (such as Quick AI Generate, AI Effect, AI Background, or AI Match), your prompt or requirement, selected scene or media-category settings, selected language, and random app-scoped UUID are transmitted to our app services to produce the requested text, background, or effect. The request is processed in real time to query our developer-provided catalogue of AI-assisted images, stickers, backgrounds, borders, and their classification tags. Those catalogue records are not user content.
- This data is processed solely to fulfill your request.
- We do not retain the prompt or requirement on our servers, in server-side prompt history, analytics records, or application logs after the real-time request is processed.
- The random UUID is not a hardware identifier and is used only to service the active request.
- It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Local photos, audio files, and saved project files are not part of the current AI request.
If you prefer not to send data for AI processing, simply avoid using AI generation features. The rest of the App remains fully functional.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, please contact us so we can address the request.
8. International Users
The App supports multiple languages and may be available in several regions. If you are located outside the region where the App is published, any real-time AI request is processed as described in this policy and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Data Retention
- Locally stored projects, media, preferences, and AI task records remain on your device until you remove the App or otherwise clear its local data.
- AI prompts and requirements are processed in real time and are not retained by us on servers, in prompt history, analytics records, or application logs after the request is processed.
- If you send support email, we retain it only as long as needed to respond, meet legal obligations, or resolve the matter.
10. Your Rights
- Delete local content: Remove the App or specific designs from Collection or History. This removes the App sandbox content; iOS Keychain handling is controlled by iOS.
- Control permissions: Adjust permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
