Your privacy, in your hands
Thank you for using Ai LED ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Ai LED mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Your Content. Designs, LED/Neon banners, text, and media you create are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account in this version of the App.
- Support messages. If you contact us through the Suggestion feature in Settings, we receive the email address and message you choose to submit.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data. We may collect anonymized analytics about how features are used (see Section 4).
- Crash data. Non-identifying crash logs may be collected to improve stability.
1.3 What We Do Not Collect
We do not upload your Banner Text, images, audio, or microphone data to our servers, except where you explicitly use an AI feature that requires processing (see Section 5). Microphone input is analyzed on-device in real time and is never recorded or persisted.
2. Permissions
The App requests device permissions only when you use the related feature, not at launch.

You can revoke or adjust any permission at any time in iOS Settings > Ai LED.
3. Local Storage
Your projects (Collection and History), user preferences, and cached materials are stored on your device. Removing the App or clearing its data will permanently delete this content. We do not maintain cloud backups of your local content in this version.
4. Analytics
We may use third-party analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve it. We track events such as editor starts, template selections, AI generation results, light tool usage, and subscription events.
5. AI Features
When you use AI generation features (such as Quick AI Generate, AI Effect, AI Background, or AI Match), your prompt and relevant design context may be transmitted to our AI service providers to produce the requested text, background, or effect.
- This data is processed solely to fulfill your request.
- It is not used to identify you personally.
- We do not store your prompts beyond what is necessary to provide the feature and prevent abuse.
- AI outputs are not associated with your identity.
If you prefer not to send data for AI processing, simply avoid using AI generation features. The rest of the App remains fully functional.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription purchases, billing, and management are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information. Apple's privacy practices apply to payment data. See our Subscription Agreement for details.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. International Users
The App supports multiple languages and may be available in several regions. If you are located outside the region where the App is published, your information is processed in accordance with this policy and applicable local law.
9. Data Retention
- Locally stored content remains until you delete it or remove the App.
- Support messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.
- AI processing data is retained only as described in Section 5.
10. Your Rights
- Delete local content: Remove the App or specific designs from Collection or History.
- Control permissions: Adjust permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
- Request deletion: Contact us to delete any support messages you have sent.
- Opt out of analytics: Where required by law, you may opt out of analytics in your device settings or system-level privacy controls.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
