The rules of the glow

Welcome to Ai LED. By downloading, installing, or using the Ai LED mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the designs, text, images, and audio you create or import into the App ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

We claim no ownership over Your Content. Your Content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Create or display content that infringes, defames, harasses, or harms others.
• Misuse the flashlight, flashing, or sound features in a way that could injure or disturb others (see Section 6).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, assets, or proprietary logic of the App.
• Circumvent, modify, or disable any licensing, subscription, or technical limitation in the App.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the App or its Premium content.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App offers AI features that generate text, backgrounds, effects, or music based on your input. AI-generated content may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose.

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before displaying, exporting, or sharing it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or availability of AI output.
• AI output is provided as-is and may vary between requests.
• You are responsible for how AI-generated content is used, including any rights clearance for commercial use.

6. Safety & Flashing Effects

• Do not point the flashlight directly into anyone's eyes.
• Avoid rapid flashes near people who may be sensitive to flashing lights.
• Do not rely on the App as emergency, medical, or safety equipment.
• Use flashing effects responsibly and avoid prolonged exposure.
• Stop using flashing features immediately if you or anyone nearby feels discomfort, dizziness, or visual disturbance.

You assume all risk associated with the use of flashing and lighting features.

7. Subscriptions

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscription plans, billing, trials, and cancellation are described in our Subscription Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, templates, materials, fonts, music, and visual assets, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Premium content is licensed to active subscribers for the duration of their subscription, for personal, non-commercial use within the App.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Ai LED name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Materials

The App may include third-party fonts, images, audio, and libraries used under license. You may not extract, redistribute, or reuse these materials outside the App. All third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices. You use the App at your own risk.

AI-generated content and exports are provided without any warranty as to their accuracy, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or content — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App or Premium subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if no payment was made.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Premium features if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the region where the App is published and made available to you, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that region, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
